I am a first time mom experimenting with cooking baby food for my child. I work a 9-5 job so all the cooking is done after my child goes to sleep, or on weekends. Nothing is overly complicated or time consuming, but I cook nearly everything in large batches and freeze it in ice cube trays. I enjoy cooking, but have no formal training, nor do I have any expertise in nutrition. I get my recipes and ideas for nutrition from cook books and from websites.
This blog is really just a resource for me to help me remember what I've made for A, if he liked it, if it's worth making again. Just a convenient space to keep everything in one place.
